HVAC Service Technician (Residential)

Now Hiring Full-time Scottsdale, AZ
What you’ll do, what you need, and how you’ll succeed

Diagnose residential systems, make sound repair recommendations, and complete approved work with clean finishes. Coordinate with dispatch, document findings on a tablet, and keep homeowners informed at each step.

What you need
  • 2+ years residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA 608 certification
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record
  • Comfort with photos, checklists, and clear notes
  • Professional, respectful communication
What you’ll do day to day
  • Diagnose no-cool and no-heat calls
  • Test electrical, refrigerant, and airflow components
  • Quote and complete approved repairs
  • Recommend maintenance or replacement when appropriate
  • Close tickets with accurate notes and photos

HVAC Install Lead (Residential)

What you’ll lead, required skills, and success checklist

Run change-outs and new installs with a small crew. Set the pace, hold quality, and deliver clean, code-compliant work. Communicate scope and progress with homeowners and the office.

What you need
  • 3+ years residential install experience
  • Strong brazing, recovery, evacuation, and charging skills
  • Duct fitting basics with seal and airflow best practices
  • Ability to mentor a helper and coordinate onsite
  • Comfort reading scopes and using checklists
What you’ll do day to day
  • Replace condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and linesets
  • Set pads, hang air handlers, manage condensate correctly
  • Pressure test and pull deep vacuum to spec
  • Start up equipment and verify performance
  • Complete photos, checklists, and a homeowner walkthrough
